Through the power of technology, we have witnessed other industries, like transportation and retail, transform and put the power in the hands of the consumer. Healthcare, however, hasn’t gotten there yet despite the explosion of digital solutions. Is technology being applied for the right reasons or just for the sake of applying technology?
